Two people, too much coffee, and a shared refusal to settle. Surgent began with a simple question: why can't useful coffee taste genuinely brilliant?
WE WEREN'T TRYING TO MAKE ANOTHER MUSHROOM COFFEE.
We wanted coffee that tasted like coffee, worked like a ritual, and could keep up.
